Where does Spirkwheels ship?
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free on eligible orders, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Bikes usually ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-8 business days. Golf carts are freight shipped and typically arrive in 7-21 business days depending on your state.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, resalable condition with original packaging. Freight items may be subject to return shipping costs.
Are the bikes assembled?
Bikes arrive about 85% assembled and require handlebar, pedal, front wheel and seat installation. Golf carts arrive ready to ride after charging.
Is there a warranty?
All products include the manufacturer's limited warranty on frame, motor, battery and electrical components. Warranty length is listed on each product page or available on request.
