Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.
- Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday.
- Bikes typically ship in 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-8 business days.
- Golf carts ship by freight carrier and typically arrive in 7-21 business days.
- A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Freight deliveries
- The carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window for golf carts.
- Please inspect the item before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a claim.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
- Items must be unused, in resalable condition and in original packaging.
- Freight items may be subject to return shipping and restocking costs.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship.
- Once an order has shipped it is handled under the returns policy above.
